3 Amazing Inspiring, Deep resourcing days with Suzanne Yates and Véronique Van outrive
A 3 days experiential journey, beginning with nurturing what is precious to you and ending with your rebirth.
We’ll use nature and will work with and in nature to reconnect with our inner source. The beautiful garden, and tent of Véronique will help to create a Sacred and Safe Space to open up to this dimension.
We’ll explore key phases in our lives with the aim to connect with how we can release what no longer serves us and open up to our full potential in the present. The intention is not to re-live these times in our life, but connect with their essence in a deep healing way.

Thursday 14.09.2023 – Arriving (between 6pm and 7pm)
Our opening ceremony includes an introduction to the group and the themes, with sound, movement and meditation.
Friday 15.09 – Mothering another – How do we nurture what is precious to us?
We explore the life phases of pregnancy and nurturing a young baby as an expression of the qualities of mothering another. Anyone can connect with its gifts, whether you are male or female and whether or not you have been pregnant!
Saturday 16.09 – Expressing intimacy with another adult
We explore the life phases of puberty and coming into expressing our adult being through our fertility and sexuality. Within this we explore our first most intimate connection with our mother which impacts all future relationships.
Sunday 17.09 – Birthing a new you (till 4pm)
We explore the life phase of being within the womb and then being born. With the experience of all we have lived so far in life, we can re-experience how to receive anew, be immersed in the potential of being held in warm water in a safe space and then to be born again.
The journey will include:
- An Opening Ceremony to ignite your creative fire and set your intentions, movement and sound journeys to connect with the life phases and awaken the powerful Extraordinary Vessels, which regulate our life cycles and ancestral patterns
- Paired bodywork practices drawing from shiatsu & massage (no experience necessary)
- Guided visualizations to connect with life cycles.
- A “spa” session on Friday or Saturday evening : a sauna with salt crystals and a hamman to purify your body, mind and soul!)
- Closing Ceremony – nurturing the element of fire to celebrate your creative light and all you have to offer the world.

Locatie
Heuvel 68, 9320 Erembodegem, 40 min from Brussels Aiport by train and 15 min walking from the train station to Véronique’s place. You can park your car easily too.
