Inschrijvings- en annulatievoorwaarden

 

  • Upon registration, you accept the general registration and cancellation conditions.
  • Registration for the study day is valid and final via the indicated online registration form or via e-mail to info@vroedvrouwen.be.
  • Participation in the study day is only possible after payment of the registration fee. VBOV vzw can always ask you to present proof of payment.
  • Cancellations should always be made by the participant by e-mail to info@vroedvrouwen.be.
  • An administrative fee of €10 will be charged for cancellations. Cancellations of registrations received less than 30 calendar days before the start of the activity will not be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation, it is possible to transfer a registration to another participant free of charge with adjustment of the registration fee if applicable.
  • The organisation reserves the right to cancel this formation in the event of a limited number of registrations. The registration fees paid will be fully refunded to the participants.
